Friendly staff but hard to get help from. Plus there was $100 cash deposit completely unknown until check-in.

I cancelled the booking at the desk and yet they STILL charged me a cancellation fee!

They were personable to my face when I checked in and then screwed me by not answering a knock, a call, a ring, or anything when I checked out. This is getting a good smily face for some reason, it shouldnt.
